Dysman Establishment has a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system Implemented to ensure the well-being of all the employees. The management is committed to the successful execution of the projects and zero accident at working sites.
Our team is trained to different systems and specific to the requirement of each project. A detailed method of statement is developed prior to site mobilization including all the potential hazards of that site. The plan is then implemented through trainers and subcontractors were invited for a training session to aware of the system to follow at site. The process will be analyzed daily to prevent accidents and considers comprehensive safety requirements for the employees, equipment, transportation, scaffolding, site layout, stores and the waste disposal procedures. The safety plan incorporates responsibilities for management, and the commissioning team.
It is the policy and belief of Dysman Establishment that health and safety should have equal, if not greater importance to quality, cost, production and morale. We accept our responsibility to provide a working environment that is safe and without risk to health. We shall ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that responsibilities for safety and health are properly assigned, accepted and fulfilled, at all levels of our Company and that practicable steps are taken to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all our employees, including the health and safety of other contractors and the public, who may be affected by our operations. Dysman Establishment will take all reasonably practical steps to meet this responsibility paying particular attention.
